Brian Gifford is a qualified Chartered Accountant and currently a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.
Having graduated from University of Strathclyde in 2008 with a BA in Accounting and Economics, Brian worked at Baker Tilly UK Audit LLP for the last 3 years, giving him experience in all areas of accountancy but particularly within Audit. Working with a top ten firm exposed him to a wide variety of industry sectors working with companies ranging from owner managed businesses to AIM listed clients.
Brian brings this knowledge and experience in his position of Company Accountant and with this new role, will begin implementing in-house accounting processes and procedures as well as providing accurate a timely financial information to assist with future business decisions. This will involve working closely with all of the Senior Management Team going forward to achieve this.
Having graduated in 2011 from Glasgow Caledonian University with a BA (Hons) in Risk Management. Anthony joined the company in November 2011 to the newly created role of Business Development Manager.
Prior to joining the Company, Anthony took part in the renowned Saltire Foundation Programme. The Saltire Internship gives talented and ambitious students the chance to experience the working environment of some of the world's most successful companies. Anthony worked for the Wood Group Oil and Gas Services Company in Houston, Texas where he worked on numerous projects to improve operations and market the company.
Anthony is already involved in a variety of projects and is looking forward to increasing the company’s market strategy in 2012.
After receiving promising grades and his work displayed at end of year exhibitions, Fraser's gained the privilege in his 3rd year of University to become an International Exchange student at the University of Prague (ČVUT) in the Czech Republic. During this time he worked with the student international body, ISC, a student group of 250,000+ students worldwide.
In July 2012, based on this experience Fraser returned to the UK and co-founded iSpye, a student based travel application for iOS. Alongside this, in August 2012 Fraser began work as an Architectural Assistant with Honeyman Jack and Robertson as part of his course where he worked on numerous multi-million pound projects.
Summer 2014 saw Fraser graduate from the University of Strathclyde with First Class Honours in Architectural Studies with International Study. Fraser is also attending the Stanford online course: Start-up Engineering.
I am the Business Development Manager for Storage Vault Work Space. To date, the role includes many variations that I have had to grow and adapt into, these include - Marketing, Business Development, Financial Management and Operational Management.
Some of my duties involve developing a Business Plan (including a Marketing Strategy) to grow and improve the company's turnover, profit and day-to-day operations. As an SME our budget is tight and includes many items, for example, maintenance works, new products, new software and marketing.
Since joining the company in January 2012 Victoria has taken on the task of organising and managing our Head Office.
Victoria started her working career in Ophthalmics, as a Dispensing Optician where she spent two years in a career which required extensive use of technical expertise and good customer service skills. Having excelled in the early stage of her career Victoria then went on to work as company book keeper for an independent optical tailor ensuring that all transactions were recorded in a consistent and reliable manner.
Throughout her time with the company Victoria will continue to liaise closely with senior management to provide administrative support as well co-ordinating their very busy schedules.
